Terms of Service

These terms cover your use of UTMPlus Builder (“the service”). By signing in and using the service, you agree to them. They are kept short and plain on purpose.
Acceptable use
Use the service to build, organise, and track your own marketing campaign links. Do not use it to create links to unlawful content, to deceive or defraud, to distribute malware, or to attempt to disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorised access to the service or other organisations' data.
Your account
Access is granted per organisation. You are responsible for the activity of accounts in your organisation and for keeping your Google sign-in secure. Administrators may add or remove members at any time.
Your data
Your organisation retains ownership of the campaigns and links it creates. We do not claim rights over your content and do not use it for advertising. See the Privacy page for how data is handled.
Availability and warranty
The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, and we may change or discontinue features. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service.
